Jennette McCurdy from iCarly seems to be a big fan of David Archuleta, because not only has she made a video blog dedicated to him, but she has now reviewed his CD in her blog! You can see what she thinks below...
Okay, now for David Archuleta's CD. What do you all think of it?! I wanna know! My favorite songs are "Crush", "You Can", "My Hands", "A Little Too Not Over You", "Your Eyes Don’t Lie", "Angels", "Waiting for Yesterday", and "Somebody Out There". I think Crush, My Hands, and Waiting for Yesterday have crazy-cool beats and awesome lyrics! I love all the whoa's and woo's and hums that he does! haha! A Little Too Not Over You and Your Eyes Don't Lie are awesome, clever, and fun! Angels, Somebody Out There, and You Can are all stunning, beautiful, and simply perfect. I love that they are so tender, gentle, and real. I just love them! Thoughts? Comments? What are your favorites?? Lemme know!

David posted the following blog on his MySpace today:
Hey guys! The last week has been a pretty crazy one! I did a bunch of appearances on some shows, and I'll be on the Bonnie Hunt Show Tuesday haha. I hope everyone's liking the album! And thanks for sending in your opinions on what songs you like the most! I love hearing about what you guys think, and really appreciate the great comments you've all been making. I just wanted to tell you really quick about my weekend. On Friday night I was supposed to go home, but we missed our flight. So instead... we went to the Alanis Morissette concert, which was amazing! I forgot how much I loved Alanis and how big of a fan I am. There was a point in time where I was addicted to quite a few of her songs, and I still love her. She is great live, and she gets into it in a really unique way. If you haven't heard her before you should listen to Uninvited. It's one of my favorite songs. Another interesting fact about Uninvited that I learned is that the producer who produced the song, Rob Cavallo, produced David Cook's album. Cool, huh? Another good song of hers is Thank You. On Saturday, we were able to go back home for a day. I got to spend time with the family again, and what's cool is there just so happened to be an awesome concert tha ...

Part 1, Part 2, Part 3
Spike wrote about David in his blog, read it below:
But David Archuleta is the main guest. I swear it reminded me of the old tapes of Ed Sullivan when the Beatles were guests. He should of won Idol. There it is.
The girls in the audience shrieked so loud my ear's itched. Top to bottom, might be the best show of the year so far, so enjoy.

On last season's "American Idol," David Archuleta's version of "Imagine" earned him the title of "the one to beat" early on. He never once placed in the bottom three. In the end, David ended up losing the crown to another David — David Cook — but he still got a chance to pursue his pop star dreams with a record deal on 19 Recordings/Jive Records.
Now, the 17-year-old runner-up is hoping all those votes on TV's top-rated show will parlay into album sales. His self-titled debut is in stores now.
So far, the teen’s future looks promising. His first single "Crush" peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and is a top download on iTunes.
David Archuleta talked about going solo and what he thinks Simon Cowell may have to say about his record.
What does it feel like to release this album?
The album coming out is a pretty exciting time for me in my life because I've always been looking forward to it. After all the hard work over the summer and a lot of time and effort put into it, it's cool to see the finished product, because now everyone’s gonna be able to get a chance to listen to it and it’s really exciting.
